A little star power goes a long way. Although this much I can say– Chanel does not really need star power anymore. Chanel is Chanel. And no matter how high the yearly percentage increase may be, expect the bag lovers to continue to flock to this bag mecca.

If you were to ask me what color to get for your first Chanel Classic Flap bag, I say go for a bright, seasonal color that would work with the clothes you have in your closet. Don’t go for the obvious black– because at any given time there will always be the color black available. But the seasonal colors will not always be available. Go for a bold and bright color if you can 🙂 But oh here’s a fair warning– don’t get a bright/ light colored one in patent leather because the flaw of nearly all patent leather bags is this– color transfer!
