Waterproof bags + Prada

Sigh, what a sunny day. Not a nimbus cloud in sight. I remember that it was already this time of the year when rains won’t stop pouring. What happened? 🙁 You would have already known I’m a fan of the rainy season– as long as my bag doesn’t get wet haha.

Let’s talk waterproof bags, shall we? Of course Goyard will have to top my list *natch*. It’s proven itself that it IS indeed waterproof. My orange fidji remains with me to this day, even though it already looks old 😀 *That’s the bag I won’t sell :D*

So I went to Market! Market! yesterday and I came across a new bag store called FYH (Follow Your Heart) at the 2nd floor of the Fashion Market area. I love the bags they have at the store because of a few reasons: 1. They’re cheap (as in you can get a bag for Php 280 up); 2. Their bags have funky prints (even better than the ones of Le Sportsac!!)4. Some of the bags are waterproof– they are “covered” in plastic !! I especially love the cosmetic cases and the pouches.

Here’s my loot yesterday. The funky printed bag with gold metallic handles cost Php 450 (how’s THAT for a bag!) The WATERPROOF “aviator” large cosmetic bag, 2 foldable accessories pouches, and that corduroy bag (thank you ana!). I’m loving these pieces I got.

Go Check the new store out– Follow Your Heart or FYH is at the 2nd floor of the Fashion Market section of Market! Market! Mall. The selection is quite big, and you definitely won’t walk out of the store without buying at least one item! Oh and did I mention that the big bags there look like they’d make cool diaper bags? 🙂

Two other shops that carry stylish “waterproof” bags are Amina Aranaz’s Aranaz and Sapato Manila at the Powerplant Mall , Rockwell. Time to check these bags out too, you know, in time for the rainy season. 🙂 It’s cool to carry these rain-friendly bags than put

Ugh, this just in! I just saw more Prada bags at neimanmarcus.com and I can’t help but ogle. I was not a Prada girl, really. But now, oh my let me rethink my position!

Prada nappa leather clutch. I looooooove this clutch and I mean I Loooove it! It’s US$995 and I can’t really think of anything bad to say except for the price problem haha. 🙂

Prada white leather tote. Why do I like this bag so much? It’s white and I’m such a dirt magnet! 🙁 I like thia bag a lot because also of the sporty strap.It has a nice contrast to the white. Priced at US $1,490. Niiiice bags, Prada. Keep this up and I just might make the switch again. 😀

Sigh, so sad *broke!*. Meanwhile I remain loyal to my Chanel bronze cabas 🙂 *ooh check out my outfit–channeling Tresorie mannequin coz feeling slim hahaha! I’m wearing my new Tinsley shirt, shorts, and cummerbund 😀 (Sad, clothes are all I can adfford right now haha).
