I never *and I repeat this*, never get to eat Emerald Garden siopao. Like, for the past year or so, I have not been able to “score” Emerald Siopao– not even a single one!! Because they’re always sold out. *big pout* And you peeps thought I’d have access to siopao at Emerald Garden anytime. Nopers! Our family is always their last priority when it comes to Siopao *bawls*.
But luck was on my side a few days ago hahahaha (good siopao karma haha). When we were en route to the Alay ng Puso orphanage, I sought DM’s help to get these elusive Emerald Garden Siopao.
DM made a call and a few minutes later, was able to grant my Siopao desire 😉 DM is my Dear Mom and now, hehehe Emerald Siopao Godmom to my friends hahaha 🙂
So we were all treated to Emerald Garden Siopao! *Finally!!!* Unfortunate for us though, the Jumbo Siopao was already sold out– we arrived at Emerald Garden at 10:15 AM. Apparently, these babies get presold.
Orders start coming in at 8am!! *geeeeeez :D* So we just got the regular sized ones. But I must say, the bola bola siopao is soooooooo gooooooood!!!! (Crap, does that mean I have to wake up at 8am to place my order??? Sad)
Anyway, the regular siopao was good for now. Next on my list, the mutant siopaos 😉 *Check out the size! hahaha*

Hi Ingrid! I LOVE Emerald’s sio paos! Haven’t had one in maybe a decade? Sad. Is your restaurant’s office in Galleria? Because my uncle has an office there, and he said he met one of your managers, and that the manager gave him a couple of giant sio paos to try, and he was raving about them! Maybe we could pick up our sio pao orders at Accessory Lab? Hehehe
I love emerald siopao! My mom use to buy the the jumbo ones everyday. I never knew that their siopas are so in demand since my mom get to buy them a lot. Whenever I tell her to buy, she gets them. I think she’s been blessed by siopao gods. 😀
