Mrs.T, the social butterfly climbs…

It has been a looong time since Mrs.T last attended a party. (No dress to wear *because nothing fits me now… I “grew” hahaha… wide*, and oh, cause no invitations received hahaha)

But this week, it has been party, party, and party almost every night!

First off, the Etihad Airways party at the Manila Peninsula. CEO James Hogan was in town and threw a nice cocktail party for clients and friends in the travel industry. For some reason, Mrs. T got an invite (Actually I must thank CV Travel— they had recommended this airline to us in the first place– and in turn, we were very impressed with the services of Etihad).

Went with a group of friends– Chef StevieV, ClaraV of CV Travel, my DH *hehe he requested for the face blackout hahaha… feeling Mrs.T* and Businessman DexS (all flanking Etihad Sales Executive)

Met a lovely couple who turns out, owns Rositi Jewels. They tell me they went to the JAR exhibit in London where they spent a good three days checking out the jewels of JAR 🙂

It was party night again for Mrs.T the night after Etihad cocktails. DaphP and I attended the event at Greenbelt 5 upon invitations of Religioso and Myth.

I remember the time I wrote about Religioso for Metro Magazine, back in May 2006 when they had just opened in Edsa Shangrila Mall . I didn’t realize it has already been 3 years since that fateful first meeting between Yvette and I! *Ok I’m getting old haha* Yvette, DaphneP, and I also continued to work together for The Imelda Collection. Oh those were the days 🙂 It was so much fun!

One of the Religioso staples in my closet is their pique shirt. Instead of the usual Lacoste pique shirt that I used to wear (which is actually so expensive for such a plain shirt– I’m in recession so I can’t afford them anymore haha), I chose to go with the Religioso pique. It has nice details like this one. At least it’s more unique 🙂

The Religioso sisters maintain their made-to-order consultations at 8 San Manuel St. Bgy Kapitolyo Pasig, and are available by appointment by calling 631-4200. Just so you peeps know, they do bridal wear– and they do it real well too 🙂 For the Religioso sisters, it’s all about the details. And their paying close attention to details in each piece of clothing they execute make them one of the key players in the clothing business today.

Myth is owned by Ruby Gan of Schu fame.(Ruby is our neighbor at Rockwell *Chocolate Schu* and was wearing a Joey Samson bolero terno, flanked by her sons)

Myth carries clothes by Philippine fashion designers like Ivar Aseron, Dennis Lustico, Randy, Jojie Lloren, Joey Samson.
