It remains Sale, Sale, Sale season here in Makati, where all designer boutiques like Prada, Gucci, Bally, Burberry, YSL, Bottega Veneta, and Tod’s are taking 30% off retail prices on selected bags (and shoes).
Being the *cough* fancy lil sucker that I am, I just had to make up some *cough REALLY* lame excuse to get dropped off Greenbelt 4 apres lunch with the inlaws. DH glared at me and I had to give him my doe-eyed innocent look *muwahaha ME? Innocent?! Ptooooooey!* Ok, basically, I ignored his glare (um hello, DH, Mrs.T is dense, she can’t read between the “lines” hehehe).
I did express window shopping today (no real intention to BUY anything *cough cough hello broke broke*). But oh dear. I saw that realllly nice Yellow Bottega Veneta hobo at 30% off.
(Yellow is the same style as this one) From Php 109,950 to Php 76,965.00 (cash price) which is basically still about US$1,450. I’d love it if I could still get additional discount, but I’m afraid I’m entering the no-can-do zone. (This sucks, why do the prettiest bag always end up being the most expensive, even apres sale discount? *pout* )
Then of course there was the YSL pewter muse. At Php 80,450 there is no “sale” discount unless you have the Rustan’s discount card, and pay in cash. Which would basically save you 10% (and you will now pay Php 72,405). The YSL suede boheme fringe bags are now on sale, and cost Php30k+ (from 50K+).
I also passed by Prada and Gucci, but failed to see any bag that caught my eye (oh wait there was a gray satin evening clutch that was rather nice, but I didn’t bother checking since I barely attend parties at night). Gucci however, had a pair of sandals that were nice. (The flats version of this shoe) 
Unfortunately, there was no longer any in my size *Thank Gawd!*.
Anyway, I am off to attend a party tonight, so I’ll keep you guys posted 🙂 This social*climbing* butterfly of a baghag is off again 🙂 *wink!*

It’s GZ. I’m currently in Singapore and boy, it’s bedlam here as the Great Singapore Sale continues. Got myself a white YSL medium muse (finally!). I’m also eyeing a yellow Bottega Veneta Campana hobo which is 40% off and an LV Damier Speedy 30!
The Chloe Edith is sold out as well as the Chanel Luxury Line. Over at Fendi, they have the Fendi blowfish/bowler bag and the B bag in full leather and patent leather. No Spy bag. The blue Dior Gaucho bag is selling fast. The Autumn/Winter collection of Balenciagas will arrive next month.
Will update you once I get another bag (hehehe, hope my DH is not reading this!).
