What makes Vilebrequin so luxe? For one, these are designer swimtrunks– if Hermes canvas bags are tops for women to carry at the beach, Vilebrequin trunks are THE trunks to wear for men to the beach! The brand uses spinnaker canvas which makes the swimtrunks dry much faster in the sun and the wind! Vilebrequin was established in 1971 at Saint Tropez (I know a few other French brands *like Herve Chapelier* that were established in Saint Tropez– perhaps I should go there to get “inspired”!!).
