Nothing is so ordinary about the bag Alexa Chung is carrying.
It is by Louis Vuitton, yes! It doesn’t seem like a Vuitton bag if we base it from what we’ve grown accustomed to seeing. That’s because this bag was part of the Fall 2010 Les Extraordinaire collection. So this bag did not come cheap 🙁 And it was not readily available. Yup, limited edition!
This is the Cuir Orfevre Neo Speedy. The bag doesn’t seem to be available in Louis Vuitton boutiques anymore *but I think this could still be ordered*. It is a very classic and rather conservative looking bag– and in fact I think this could be pitted against the Hermes Kelly, though this bag doesn’t have that additional detachable shoulder strap. I still find this bag very classy and timeless. The soft and supple calfskin leather is topnotch in quality too. Ahhh Louis Vuitton. You certainly know how to tug at the heartstrings! 😀
