A quick post here before the week officially “ends”.
Here’s a photo of the Louis Vuitton Aquarelle Frame Papillon
which I took while at the LV boutique in Greenbelt. It also has watersnake handles and is actually dark brown (not black as I had originally thought).
Beautiful bag, loving the frame opening. One thing I don’t like about it though is how the bag just “rolls” off as opposed to stand up on its own. It’s also a half shorter in height compared to the Aquarelle Speedy.

therese, (if you don’t mind me calling you by your name) the Aquarelle Pap has exotic handles which is why they are priced at P203,000.

hello Mrs. T. I have been an avid reader of your blog since i discovered it in 2006. i live in toronto now and am home for a visit. anyhu, i discovered that my mom has a vintage LV that she placed in a plastic bag and kept under her piles of purses that never saw the light of day for ages. how am i suppose to retrieve the luster of this very lovely piece of work. the metal has a bit of rust on it…ugh i need your advise as well on how to clean vintage purses specifically an oleg cassini clutch.haaay my mom and her loot.
