What I know is this, and with certainty (unlike the last time I featured her)– she carried the Chanel classic quilted flap bag in medium.
It’s so very 90s of her 🙂 Well because it’s Linda Evangelista, supermodel of the 90s, and well, because Chanel had its first wave of “popularity” as I knew it back then– in the 90s! 🙂
Back in the 90s *darn, it has been 2 decades already?!*, this mini Chanel backpack (which came in black, gold, and this awesome astronaut silver lambskin :D) was also soooo popular. In fact I think it became even more popular than the classic flap because of the more youthful vibe. It was Chanel’s “trendy” bag.
I love seeing this bag once again (it’s a blast from the past!), although I balked at the current resale price. Doesn’t that make you wish you stocked up on Chanel back in the 90s (if you were born alrady back then LOL) when the prices were not crazy astronomical yet?
Now, if you do have some spare moolah, I’d recommend buying this bag above. I had a gold version of this super cute backpack a decade ago and I actually regret letting it go (I did so back then because I was into big bags and when you get used to bringing your house with you, a small bag just won’t do). Now that I want to carry smaller bags, that old gold Chanel backpack of mine would’ve come in handy. Drat. Anyway, I do hope that bag is in good hands today and is still lovingly used 🙂 *I should check up on the lovely lady who had bought it off me LOL*
So don’t be like me and regret not owning the backpack later. Buy this
