Thanks to A.Nathaniel of Singapore, I read about Victoria Beckham’s insane *a.k.a. to die for* Hermes birkin collection in The Daily Mail.
The collection is worth… *hold your breath now*, £1.5 MILLION! *Ka ching x 1,500,000*. I am floored. Kinda. Well ok, I was expecting it to be something like 1M pounds. 
The woman’s got a warehouse full of birkins, a lot of them also exotics! 
*HOLY SMOKES!!!* I converted the amount to our local currency, the Philippine Peso. Lady Becks’ collection is worth Php 114,600,000 (give or take). That’s over ONE HUNDRED MILLION PESOS! *long and slow wolfwhistle*
That’s like… a nice house in some posh village… or a really nice pied a terre in the most expensive arrondisement Paris… or a villa in Lake Como (ok, maybe a 3 bedroom house) beside George Clooney’s villa… hahaha.
Sigh… I’d love to rent her bags 😉 No, I don’t want to own that much because that only means I’d hafta spend money to build an extra room just for the bags. Hehe ok, I do want her bags *only if they’re going to be given to me– like as gifts haha*. But since I know I can’t even a tenth of her bags, I’m obviously sourgraping hahaha 😉
You gotta love Lady Becks. Indeed, she defines the word “Bag Lady”. Bags off to this woman!! I hope I can see her in person one day– carrying a birkin of course! 🙂

what about the Hermes policy of 2 year waiting list? Is Hermes still selling HAC, Kelly, Birkins to her?? I’m extremely jealous, no, envious of her, not only does she have a hot husband, she also has the handbag to go with her hot husband…
omg, this just popped into my mind, Lady Beck’s Hermes collection (which is prolly bigger than a physical Hermes store) or Kimora Lee Simmons LV collection (which is most likely, well stocked than the LV Greenbelt store.) do you prefer?

i read she has more or less 100 hermes bags. from birkins, exotics to the smaller purse types =) yep she can afford it naman. and I bet she doesnt have to wait that long to get her hand on the latest color. these celebs can have these bags at their doorstep before the season starts.

most of the designers send some stuff(bags, acc., shoes, and clothes) to A-listers celebrity, that’s why VB doesn’t need to be on a waiting list to have those bags since she is a very super duper important client of Hermes and to any high end fashion brands.
I’m not sure, but i think Vernilover’s collection is better than posh’s (from paps photos)… but that’s just me.

Girls who have birkins here in Manila should emulate Victoria. I mean, if you plan to carry a birkin around, please DRESS THE PART. I’ve seen several people in rockwell, carrying birkins but in denim shorts and with havaianas! It looks so crass! Just walk the streets of HK and you won’t see any Taitais carrying a birkin with a matching “pangbahay” look.
Yup. Be consistent. Dress the part. Unless of course you think that a Birkin can save any bad outfit. Other than that, to the untrained eye, your birkin will just look fake if you wear it with tacky clothes. Be consistent.
