My kids love ice cream.
Since I am leaving for Europe without them this Easter holiday, *Sob I’ll miss them so much… I’ve been hanging out with them daily since school ended, so to not see them for a few days just tears me up :(* I decided to hang with them at The Ice Cream Bar at The Joya Tower in Rockwell. 
This “bar” is located outside the Power Plant Mall, but is just a street across– no sweat to walk across to this place. It’s worth it, especially after you enter and feel the “cold”. 🙂
I’m a fan of ice cream but I need to cut down on, well… sweets. So I’m glad that The Ice Cream Bar also offers Frozen Yoghurt (they have my fave– green tea!!!!) But today, I decided I was going to go for Quezo Ice Cream.
I love this dessert place because it reminds me of Pop Tate’s Chok’lit Shoppe 
*On Archie Comics! I was a fan hehe*. Pop’s Chok’lit Shoppe wasn’t an Ice Cream Parlor, but it was a place where all the kids hang out after school 🙂 For some reason, The Ice Cream Bar is quite nostalgic to me in that way 🙂 It would’ve been a cool place to go to after school 🙂 *or in my case now, after work!*
I love the ceiling. Reminds me of White Chocolate Shavings 🙂
