1. Who are Jon and Kate Gosselin? Claim to fame= their cute kids, right *Super cute by the way*? But before they had their show (after they had their kids), who were they? And the most important question of all, WHAT IS UP WITH HER HAIR? Someone Puhleaaaase explain! Or have I been out of the hairstyle trends loop that long? *Baffled look*
2. Loving the loafers of Brad Pitt.
Reminds me of the time we used to label everything we owned with those Dymo stickers (when we were kids)– remember? 🙂 This is taking it to the next chic level. Monogrammed Louis Vuittons, Monogrammed Goyards, Monogrammed shoes… what’s next 🙂 *At least you will know they are your shoes the next time you eat in a Traditional Japanese restaurant hahaha (where you’ll need to leave your shoes outside before you take your seat at the dining table)* Love it! *I don’t find it cheeesy… not yet hahaha*

Kate Gosselin’s claim to fame is conceiving 8 children and whoring them out and allowing hers and her family’s life to be recorded in a show called “Jon and Kate plus 8”. Her and her husband (Jon) has been in the news lately because they are publicly going through a very acrimonious divorce. The one has done nothing, but was noted to have millions of dollars for doing said nothing. And yes, the hairdo- a nightmare.
@ Peg from FL, USA: I’ve actually heard of that show but have never actually seen it. So I really never knew what the “fuss” was all about with Kate or Jon– I knew off the bat though, that Kate was no actress– I mean, with hair like that? Hahaha I know it’s kinda mean- spirited of me to be so critical (after all, I have crappy hair myself), but I can’t help it– her hairdo really redefines “BAD HAIR” hahaha.
And more importantly, that’s really horrible how they’d whore out their kids for money. I am actually finding it difficult to believe that their show has enough viewership to keep them on air for awhile… Is the show still on right now by the way? *Shakes head*
My sister was/is obsessed with the “Jon and Kate plus 8” but I never really got the point or into it. The lady (Kate) was on The View when Victoria Beckham was a guest (just happened to be on when I saw it) and she (Kate) just seems so unhappy (she wouldn’t smile) and like she has this huge chip on her shoulder. I don’t know why people think she’s so innocent or cool – she was supposed to ask Victoria Beckham one question – and the Kate lady is like, “So Victoria, you and David are still married after 10 years – since Jon and I didn’t make it that long…” It was wayyy out of line and you could totally tell that this lady has some serious issues going on – the last thing she should be doing is going out in public and bashing her ex-husband on a talk show (to another woman who is still happily married.) Strange.
But your piece with Brad Pitt’s monogrammed loafers – Victoria Beckham is huge into that – she has her Hermes purses monogrammed and even the seats in her luxury cars?!? Crazy…
@ ~K. : Wow, Kate said that to Lady Becks? *shock*. That was done in poor taste. I should just check this woman out on you tube, but seriously, I can’t even stand looking at her photograph (it’s the hair, I tell you), so I don’t see how I can take watching her hair “in action” LoL!
Yeah– I actually saw VB’s Aston Martin with monogrammed seats. For some reason though, I think it’s sooo her personality to do that 🙂 I don’t know why, but yeah now that you mentioned it, it does seem a little too crazy to have those leather seats monogrammed 😀 Now bags, I can understand (either that or I too, am crazy hahahaah)

You know how there are kids riding on their parent’s coat tails? Well, she reminds me of that except it’s in reverse.
Who was she before them? My sentiments exactly! You’d think that if she was making THAT much money to have a bodyguard and a big house, she’d fix up her hair. I guess she wants pop culture to remember her with her trademark hair.
Just saying…
And as for Mr Pitt’s shoes? I’m not so much a fan of the glaring white monograms against the black background. It’s so out there. Maybe in a muted gray or slightly darker color like navy blue? I think it would look nice that way.
Hi Mrs T. First time to leave a comment. The US press call Kate’s hairdo the “reverse mohawk”. Maybe you should get a view of the back of her head 🙂

Kate actually had a make over when she guest hosted in The View. You can look it up. It was actually nice and bagay for her but after that her hair was back to old hairdo.
