As I’ve mentioned a few days ago, I’m here in San Francisco for a brief vacation, and it’s during this time that I actually get to relax and spend a lot of time with my mom and my kids 🙂
Yesterday, we went to the local mall and bought “Bendaroos”. I initially thought these were pipecleaners (I used to have a lot of those) which you can shape into animals or whatever else shapes you like, but these bendaroos aren’t pipecleaners. They seem to have the texture of wax but have the consistency of clay (Playdough). This was to be my 6 year old’s project, but in the end, the 3-D animal proved a little too complicated for little hands, so this mama boar bear took over, with my little one supervising 🙂
We ended up with this guy 😉
After staring at the zebra which my DK has decided to put in front of my laptop, I got inspired to look for some bag that would remind me of today’s activity 🙂 Oh yeah, we gotta have us those bags that will remind us of some happy time in our life, right? Today’s such a day!
*Side note: Can you imagine buying bags everyday because everyday’s a memorable one? Hahahaha… fairly good excuse though, yeah? You to your loved one: “I bought the bag because I wanted it to remind me of the beautiful day we had together” LOL!!! “Oh and PS, I charged the bag to your card. Because I wanted to be reminded that you made this day extra special”. LOL!!! (Abusive much? Hahaha)
So ok, my search came up with this bag! It’s not a literal “translation” of the zebra (it’s not striped), but it does have zebra color undertones 🙂
When I had originally seen this bag at the Dolce & Gabbana showroom in Milan, it was love, love, love. The bag size and style gets two thumbs up from me– also because I have carried this exact style and size (in leopard print). I looooved the bag.
