Did you hags go to the Powerplant Mall on June 30? It was practically pandemonium there– all hell broke loose after Zara 
(and the whole mall, but mainly Zara hehe) announced its midyear sale. *hehehehe* And there I was, sans the line (and a few minutes later, the mob came *woohoo how’s that for shopper’s luck!*)
I also passed by Ilaya at the Independent Lifestyles Section (2/F). My friend D! 
has all her fine fashion accessories on display now (woohoo my friend is big time now :-D) and is offering 10% discount as well (go, go, go!!) *By the way if you still want the DiVa bangles,
you can order them through me too 🙂 *
DH and I spent our dinner date at Kuretake *Powerplant Mall* (my fave restaurant next to Tsumura, both of which by the way, are owned by the same group of restaurateurs). For Php 550+, I had the Ladies’ Set, 
which already includes sashimi, cold soba, tempura, fried rice, miso soup, and the yummy, yummy tofu. But the dinner would never be complete without an order of Aji Tataki 
and Spicy tuna roll. *DROOL* If you guys want excellent Japanese food at the Powerplant Mall (or if you are in this part of Makati), you MUST try Kuretake! (dingding authentic Japanese food, hello!)
I was so full I could just crawl straight to bed and snore the night away (snore loudly too hehe). But nah, DH had other plans. He planned to have me swoon over another man *guffaw guffaw and how many men would do THAT?!* Hehehe we watched Superman. I swear, this new guy, Brandon Routh, looks so “pretty”. In fact, so “beautiful”. And I am not the only human being (note not only women swoon over this guy– men too! Hehe very jealous men hehehe) who thinks he is beautiful. Where did this guy come from? (err Krypton?! *Cough* thebaghag is a ditz hehe).
Ok, ok. Enough drooling over this guy. Oooh here’s something I have to tell you hags about.

Socialclimbing baghag alert: Thebaghag Mrs. T socialclimbs yet again! Muwahaha* I spent my Saturday afternoon having High tea at the Manila Peninsula with Turkish princess Ruffa GB, her friend Snow, and our former covergirl at Metro Weddings, Donita R 
(woowoo that’s me and my bag! Hehehe I HAD to remove my face there because I am NOT worthy to be in the same frame as these beauties. My Goyard bag will do, thank you *muwahahaha*) *BB flaked out on me 🙁 Bawl*
Ruffa GB was carrying her black Chloe python silverado, while Snow used a Dior monogram pochette. It was such a fun afternoon– great company, good laughs, and oooh good food! Hags, you MUST try the scones of The Pen. It’s sooo yummy! For 3 pieces though, it’s Php 240 (plus tax). Once in awhile is good. Too often of this would cause some serious dent in the wallet *guffaw*. Tsk, wait, I can’t believe I socialclimbed today. And here I thought my socialclimbing days were over! *Muwahahaha thebaghag can’t live without High Society (and I’ll always be a wannabe!) Guffaw pathetic baghag indeed!*
Apres tea (we ended at 6pm!), it was already time for me to head on home to attend to my DT’s friends and my friends *the mommies* who came over to help celebrate DT’s birthday (in advance) 😀
Whew! What a day! From socialclimbing baghag by day to mommy by night, I was just plain tired! Ooops and lookit the time! Ok, time to turn the Puter off. Or I won’t wake up early again tomorrow (ruining the whole lifestyle change cycle!)

hello mrs. t! this comment is not related to the post but i remember you wrote about the kansas lanvin. i am in paris right now and was able to buy a LARGE kansas lanvin at the galeries lafayette. today is the 4th day of les soldes so the bag that was originally 1100 euros came out to just 660 euros. as a tourist, i got 10% off extra, making the bag just 594 euros. plus i get back my tax of 71 euros so the bag was actually just $655.00.
i am going crazy here with all the sales, most specially bags and you were all i could think of. i’ve bought 4 already! ouch.

mrs t, i have a question about ur goyard croisere (white) bag. i just came back from lane crawford in landmark. they have sold out all their white croisere. i was asking them about the one u have i.e. the one with stripes and the crown. they told me tht i can only do tht in france. so can u brief me more on this matter as i really like tht bag. where did u get tht bag and how much it cost when u got it.

anonymous on Goyard: Harvey Nicks in HK doesn’t have a white croisiere, sadly 🙁 I bought mine at the Goyard SF store, and had them custom painted at that same place. It took them 5 months to complete my order. I picked out the colors of the stripe as well as the crown. But apparently, some hag of noble lineage complained that the coronet should not be given out to anyone who isn’t “noble” (basically rendering people like me as Trash. Geez whoever said that.. tsk tsk I’m seething *hehe*). Soo, it’s just stripes and monogramming that you can do for your bag. And I’m not sure how much exactly the monogram and stripes would cost but I reckon it’s about $150 for monogram and likewise for the stripes. The croisiere itself costs $1,690. The brown large Kansas bag I got was the last one but they still had several in different colors. I will go back to GF tomorrow and will also stop by the Lanvin store on Rue du Fauborg Saint – Honore and will let you know what they still have. The sales will end on August 5 so you still have lots of time to come.
Btw, my apartment is around the corner from Goyard. I have not even attempted to go inside. My husband is not with me and I know if I go I will not be able to practise restraint. I’m being good.
