Fibre’s Huuuuge Sale! Local designer clothes galore!

I’ve long been a label whore (there, you heard it here, my admission!), especially when it came to bags (not so much clothes– it happens on occasions, but thank Gawd not everyday *or hey, you won’t be reading my blog today– because I won’t even have money to get internet access!!*). But when I hear about designer sales (both local and foreign), my coin purse begins to tinkle- tinkle *teehee it gets aroused hehehehe*. Soooo here goes.

Fibre is one of the few boutiques that feature one of a kind designer pieces (no mass produced clothes right here) by our country’s top designers. It’s quite a nice respite from Zara or Mango. You get clothes by the very designers you see being featured in top fashion magazines like Metro, Mega, and Preview. Fibre’s designer roster is as follows: Joey Samson, James Reyes, John Herrera, Mitzi Quilendrino, LZ Punzalan, Louis Clarapols, and accessories by Ciara Marasigan.

Here’s the best part about having these designers all housed under this flagship– Fibre is having “THE” Sale! The designer clothing will be discounted from 20%, and up to 50%! Here’s one I picked out–

James Reyes’ three-way top. Now we have seen all these tops being twisted and turned and what-not, and honestly, I think it is a good investment piece because of its versatility. One top- three ways! I especially love the top in halter formation. This James Reyes piece was originally priced at Php 2,800, but after discount, it will only be Php 1,960 (US$40– for a 3 way shirt, that’s a dandy price isn’t it?!)

Joey Samson’s high- collar layered “tux” shirt. I love the “tail” of the shirt, and I especially like the high collar. I tried this shirt on and it was a tad big on me, but I am seriously in love with it. But then again, I like Joey Samson’s clothes (although the designer doesn’t even know I exist haha). This particular creation would’ve normally cost Php 2,500. After the discount, it will just set you back by Php 2,000. Fashionista mom DaphP could very well be Joey’s muse– she floats effortlessly in his creations! *heart heart!!*

Then of course, there are sexy shoes by Brian Tenorio. They’re 15% off! This peacock accented slingbacks were Php 5,450. After discount, they’re Php 4,634.

Last, and the very reason also why I featured Fibre here, is this ribbon clutch. If you still don’t have a leather clutch, then I recommend this one. I love the print– it’s the old English print (which you normally find on toile bags), and it’s imprinted on the leather bag in metallic red! Brag-brag bag hag FEELING VIP alert: Wooo hoooo, it HAS been awhile since I felt like a VIP *puke. Me? VIP? muwahahahhaa!! riiiight*. I got a Bottega Veneta invite in the mail! Bottega’s Italian principal, Laurent Assogna, will be in town to unveil the F/W collection at the Greenbelt boutique. I recall having gate-crashed this event sometime last year *muwahahaha since I didn’t get invited hahahaha* This time, Mrs.T gets an invite! How shocking!!! 😀 *ok let me brag some more, it’s not often I am made to feel like VIP ok? You gotta hand it to me this time!! hehheee*. Ok too bad though that I won’t be able to attend 🙁 So much for getting invited *sniff*
