Tell me honestly, how does this Chanel bag make you feel?
The style just doesn’t work for me. But between those shoes and the bag? I’d much rather get the bag. Wouldn’t you?
For a Chanel bag that costs in the thousands of euros, I’d rather buy a classic flap (by the way, the medium flap already costs approx US $3,420 *gulp*). The classic flaps for this season come in a nice lilac- pink shade (but only in lambskin– but the color is sooo pretty), and also in all black lambskin with tone on tone hardware.

I think a classic flap bag from Chanel remains one of those bags that you’d keep for a very long period of time– because just like the bag’s name suggests, it’s a classic. I highly recommend getting a medium one over a large one because it looks sleeker and you can easily carry it from day to night. (You can probably bring a 2nd bag with you for day to put all your other stuff– that’s what a lot of women do nowadays by the way). You wouldn’t want to be bringing a large classic flap with you to a party because it looks like you came straight from work 🙂 I know it’s so hard to carry a small bag, but it’s all about knowing how to edit what you put in your bag (I know this one because I normally bring my whole house with me wherever I go. Editing has been a pain but it makes me feel so much better not lugging around a 20 lb bag to a party :D)
