One of the industry’s most influential bloggers, Bagsnob (Tina and Kelly), have teamed up with one of my favorite bag brands, DKNY, for a capsule bag collection which will be out come October! *I know, right? Affordable prices, on- the- mark styles! What could be better than that? :D*
Without further ado, here are the Bag Snob’s 5 “essentials”
The Tote: According to Tina and Kelly, this bag is the perfect fit for an iPad and Macbook. The tote also has long handles to go over your thick coat when needed. Nice electric blue straps for that pop of color in an otherwise all black leather tote! I think this is a wonderful bag for the businesswoman on the go. No need to worry about finding that perfect city tote that’s neither too stiff nor too casual that would carry her work essentials. This is IT.

The Travel: According to the bag – loving duo, the bag is designed with their jet-setting friends like Bryanboy in mind. Super cute detail that the bag opens up to become a vanity stand complete with mirror so you can “primp” before you de-plane! This does look like a really good cabin bag 🙂

The Treasure: Easily my top pick for this collection, I love that they used a bright red for the handle and strap, and that matte croc- embossed flap gave it that classic and elegant feel. This is a wonderfully feminine bag, and the added zip pocket in the back gives it that functionality (as well as its cross body/ shoulder strap). This is a winner!!

The Trendy: According to Tina, she designed the bag with Jane Aldridge of SeaofShoes in mind. This belt bag converts into a cross-body bag and is made of leopard print pony hair with a central belt buckle. I can see the young “party- going club-hoppers” using this bag the most! 🙂

The Clutch: I am taking a liking to this bag because of its striking blue “bling” color, which also happens to be reversible (to silver). The wristlet is a good addition so you can carry your drinks at parties without worrying about spillage since you’ll be hands- free with your bag! Clever!

And the best news about this collection? You can already pre-order them at the DKNY facebook page now 🙂 I have placed my order for The Treasure and can’t wait for it! This is definitely something I look forward to using!
