Bags of Fall/Winter 2007 from your fairy baghagmother :)

WOW I’m proud. I woke up early today– like by 9am I was wide awake. That’s actually coz I had to wake up early to check the opening of the stock market. I think across the board, investors and stockbrokers are all gagging and coughing up blood. The market fell down, down, down. I really hope this is not the start of the Bear market. *Sigh*. Anyway, forget about the disappointing results, let me talk about what makes me happy–

FOOD! *muwahaha* So even though I was real sick yesterday, we ended up having dinner at Aristorcrat– an old favorite. They have one here in Makati! At least we didn’t have to travel all the way to Roxas Blvd anymore. (The food at Roxas ain’t that great anymore by the way).

I ordered Sotanghon Soup
and had the boneless chicken barbeque with java rice. YUMMMYYYYY!!!

So, as a promise to my birthday galpal EAI, I did go see my doctor with DM. You know how you get sick and go see the doc, then the doc prescribes medicine and you’d religiously take it, and the doc tells you to see her in a week? Well I am one of those patients who refused to go back to the doctor after I get well. I mean, duh what for, right? BIG mistake. It gave my loving doctor the opportunity to say, “Well, didn’t I tell you to come back? Coz if you didn’t, your infections will come back.” I was dumbfounded. I didn’t realize I’d be bound to my doctor for life *bawl!!!!*. Apparently she had wanted me to begin taking my allergy maintenance medicine because I will be prone to all kinds of upper respiratory tract diseases stemming from my allergy. There ya go. The operative word of the day is again a mouthful– I have rhinosinopharynlaryngeal infections– which involve my sinus, larynx, and pharynx! Well at least no more bronchial. So here I go again with a cocktail of drugs! *Ugh haha at least my drugs are prescribed hahaha* I was told to lay off Nyquil because it won’t do me any good at all. Bottom line– it won’t cure me. Ah well. Now I have to take 4 kinds of meds– antibiotics, decongestant, anti inflammatory (for larynx-pharynx), and something to loosen the mucus. Yuck. Since those information could seriously damage your appetite, let me just compensate by sending you a lil more from the overflowing collections of style.com, fresh off the runway 🙂

Chanel’s turquoise 2.55 reissue (an offshoot of the original). Quite frankly, the bag reminds me of my old Bally silver bag 😀 Lookie! I better start taking my Bally bag out again hehe.

Hermes is really sticking to the Foldable Kelly. It’s very interesting, but I feel that it veers off from the classic Kelly, and I would quite frankly not spend US$8,000 on it just because I feel it’s gonna be difficult to get your things in or out. I MAY change my mind though, if it was in the rose dragee color (powder pink). Haha, but then, I need to save for Hermes bags. (Hello, current obsession: Hermes bags!)

I mean look, even Jean Paul Gaultier carries a birkin 😀 *duh I wonder why haha*
