A Remembrance

Today, May 1 (aka Labor Day) is my father’s 7th death anniversary.

I wish my Daddy was still with us. He played an integral role in my life. He was responsible for a big chunk of my happiness. He was my strength.

Today, I live my life thinking about what my father would’ve done if he were in my shoes. I try to make sure that I do things that would make him proud. He continues to inspire me. His achievements in his short life continue to motivate me. His memories make me want to be a better person each day.

I miss you so much Daddy…

  2. I’m sure your dad is beaming with pride at the kind of person you are. It must be hard to miss him so much. I can’t imagine.
