I love the sleekness and softness of this Nina Ricci Marche Medium Tote! Honestly this brand may not be in that “popular” category as compared to most of the bag brands of today, but I can honestly say that it’s quite good to go for brands that are not as mainstream– because there is that “exclusivity” factor and it works especially if you don’t want what everyone has. I think the bag loving society has somewhat crossed over from getting the bag that everyone wants to getting the bag that not everyone has (big difference there). Nina Ricci used to be a mainstream brand in Asia back in the 80s– at least as far as I remember. The brand has been producing beautiful clothes over the last few seasons and has also come up with a pretty strong bag collection (both Katie Holmes and SJP were fans of the Nina Ricci La Rue bag) but unfortunately I don’t think it has really gained that kind of momentum just yet. All the same, it’s really not so much about the brand popularity as it is about the quality. This Nina Ricci Marche Tote in the medium size has that nice, structured style. It also has a detachable strap. The bag is a little big for a shoulder strap though, but the handles on the bag are too short for shoulder carry.
Again, it’s now all about convenience and the long shoulder strap will really come in handy especially if you need extra hands to carry other things! The Nina Ricci Marche Medium Tote is currently available for purchase HERE. x TheBagHag
