Socialclimbing Baghag does “merienda cena” + Metro Wear 3

Ok, before anything else, let me start off by saying that I remain apolitical, hence am “chummy” with everyone (although not everyone is chummy with me *hahaha*). Heck, I socialclimb all the time, and socialclimbers are apolitical. How else can you socialclimb if you can’t be friends with so and so because you are a staunch (aka diehard) Republican or Democrat? Hehe point proven? *No nasty glares please :)*

Anyway, I had merienda cena at Dr.P’s place late this pm with DH, after not having seen him for some time already. Dr.P gave me a call this morning to ask me for the get-together, and I never say no when it’s him. So when we arrived (late I might add), I was like, Oh Mah Gawd. I’m having merienda cena with the gorgeous mom and son? *shock, stun, awe, shriek with glee!!!*
I sat next to BorgyM who was next to his mom ImeeM. We had pancit palabok with lumpia together. *Wooooohoooo!!* This socialclimbing baghag has definitely rubbed elbows with social royalty this week! *Ok someone please close my mouth now!* Our afternoon could not have been better, I tell you. Of course, this baghag can’t help but feel small around royalty *snicker*, after all, Mrs.T is just a peasant, a “plebe” if you will. 🙂

Merienda cena hadn’t even ended when we had to leave. DH had to drop me off at the Metro Wear event at The Loft. The show featured collections of Randy Ortiz, Joey Samson, Tonichi Nocom, and Ivar Aseron. The clothes were all great this time. But the collection photos will have to wait 🙂 People watching time!!

The show was great and was especially well attended. I had to make a quick change in the car after the show because I had to meet DH and head off to Greenhills Promenade where we met up with my old friends. I had to change because I was wearing a vintage Japanese kimono which I used as a top, and cinched it with a black Religioso belt (my fave fave belt!!). Although I felt gorgeous in my outfit *ok, I know, I am soooo full of it hahaha*, I didn’t want to be mistaken as a waitress in a Japanese restaurant *muwahahaha and I think I sooo looked the part :D*.
