This morning, celluloid legend Robert de Niro joined Chef Nobu Matsuhisa to formally open Manila’s Nobu Hotel in the City of Dreams.
Rumored beau of supermodel Miranda Kerr, James Packer, who is co- chairman of Melco Crown Entertainment Ltd. (the operator behind entertainment amd resort facilities which include City of Dreams) was also in town for the opening ceremonies, joined by fellow executives Lawrence Ho, Meir Teper, and Trevor Horwell.
The ceremonial ribbon gets cut and Nobu Hotel is officially open!

It was a momentuous occasion, one that I was very happy to have witnessed 🙂 I’m still giddy over having seen Oscar winning actor Robert de Niro in the flesh. That, and I can’t wait to go back and finally try Nobu here in Manila.
