Gucci Creative Director Alessandro Michele was evidently not done with his poetic expression last season (FW2015). He continues his overt display of extraordinary artistry and craftsmanship for Spring Summer 2016 by way of rich graphic patterns interspersed with romantic details.
It had a distinctive 70s vibe– and the bags were actually reminiscent of that particular decade for me (time to whip out Mom’s vintage bags– think Roberta di Camerino in the 70s).

This was one of the looks that I loved. So sophisticated!
Exotics on parade when it came to bags 🙂
Watching the whole SS2016 collection was like seeing poetry unravel. Bravo, Alessandro Michele!
