Anyway, today I took a trip to Louis Vuitton in Greenbelt 4 (thanks Cecile for the correction :D). It’s a pretty special trip.

I must prepare for purchase #2. The Stephen Sprouse tribute Speedy is a keeper. Question is, which one? 😀 I’m seriously inclined to think that Pink bag is for me… But the green sure does photograph very well…. Which would YOU pick? (Bag price: Php 62,000 at Gbelt LV)
By the way, the Graffiti collection at LV will be launched on February 16 in Manila. Prepare your wallets, peeps!!
On a separate note and (an ensuing shameless plug), Valentine’s Day is coming up. *Gulp* I’ve become a Val scrooge. I’ve been programmed to think Feb 14 is a Hallmark holiday (and I credit my thinking this way to my one and only DH hahaha– he refuses to go out on Feb 14 because food prices climb that day haha) Soooo I’m thinking DH and I will just do Pepper Lunch or Elbert’s Cheesesteak. No price hike there hahaha!

i dont like it. its too loud. for me, it looks like a bag that says = HeY! LOOK AT ME!
not really nice for 30+ or 40+ aged women. perfect for 20 somethings only.
My friend calls them “hungry for attention” bags and I agree. It’s so screaming. It’s like telling people around you “hey I’m carrying a LV bag”…quite unclassy but that’s just me…besides, to each his/her own. I’d go for green though 🙂

LEE: I totally agree! The Speedy is what most call an Entry-Level LV bag. Some people who only have few designer bags might as well want other people to know that they have 62k worth of eye candy on their forearm. Cmon! If it took you a while to earn such amount in order to buy such a bag. Might as well let them scream LV.
As for me, I prefer the Suhali Lockit PM. Minimal hardware and logo-less, but still recognizeably LV without SHOUTING LV.
But if one must really choose between the two, go for Pink.
