From Bags to Cars: Roberto Cavalli Prints

It’s no secret that I’m a Roberto Cavalli fan. Because Cavalli always takes prints to the next level. And this season, Cavalli’s beautiful blue leeds prints go on their signature bags.

The Leeds print is one of my favorites of Cavalli. It has this Oriental feel to it– like an antique porcelain vase 🙂 It is really very pretty– not at all overpowering!

And speaking of Cavalli, I think it’s really cool that Roberto custom- designed a MINI Paceman in honor of the Life Ball, to raise money to help fight AIDS and HIV.

The Cavalli x MINI raised a staggering 150,000 Euros and had Cavalli’s undeniable signature: gold elements on the exterior as well as the interior, with iridescent paintwork which shimmered from black to brown depending on the angle of light,

and of course, his signature animal prints (embossed on the leather of the steering wheel among others).

I can’t wait to see what Cavalli is planning to do next! 🙂 He is quite the creative renaissance man!
