Ciao from Milano! In one more day, the Spring Summer 2014 shows will begin. Yesterday after settling into my apartment for the week, I went with good friends around a few cities within hours from Milan. Call it a short R&R before the hectic fashion week where we won’t be getting any more than 4 hours of sleep a night *not that I’m complaining, except that I just wish I didn’t get raccoon eyes!!*.
We went to Lake Como and had a beautiful lunch at one of the majestic villas (sorry no Clooney sighting haha) which had the most spectacular garden I’ve seen in Italy to date.
And we also stopped by Sirmione to watch the breathtaking sunset– though it was a rather cloudy day 🙁
The town was so beautiful and colorful though 🙂
Alright peeps, it’s time for me to head out for my first of a few fashion week meetings before tomorrow’s craziness sets in 🙂 Tonight is also the Vogue Fashion’s Night Out so it should be super interesting to see what’s going to happen!
