Thwap me for saying this, but I’ve always thought that backpacks should be carried by the younger set. I don’t know why that perception has been instilled in me but I still can’t help but shake that off each time I find a cute backpack that I want to have. And then I keep thinking I’m no longer in college hahaha! There were these vintage Chanel backpacks that I still want to own and use one day… but until I get rid of that perception, I think I’ll just end up wasting my money on the backpack because I might never really use it!
Buuuut, for those ladies who are cool with carrying backpacks, there is this super funky leather jacket backpack by Moschino. It’s a really fun piece. Granted it’s not one of those classic leather backpacks but it’s one of those pieces that either make you go “it’s gaudy” or “it’s so cute”!
I wouldn’t really pull off this total look, but hey, if you have to get into that “badass” mode, then I guess this is the way you’ll have to roll 🙂
Complement that with a ride on a Harley Davidson bike and you’re all set! Or just carry the backpack with a pair of worn out, lived- in denim jeans or cutoffs 😉
