Boy, I’ve had a craaaazy last few days because I’ve taken to reorganizing everything in my closet– Spring cleaning, editing, and well, streamlining closet merchandise *I am slowly setting aside stuff for a possible garage sale* 😉 So I apologize for not having blogged sooner than 5 days ago. There has been a lot happening this week (events pouring out from all corners) so I hope to be able to keep up with those as well as writing for the paper and for the blog!
I want to make today’s post short and sweet because it’s already 5.30am and I am getting very sleepy 😀 I just realized that I had not written about Dolce & Gabbana’s bags for FW2013 yet! So let this Miss Sicily’s new look be the first!
While this already looks striking in this photo, seeing the bag in the flesh will make your jaw drop. The details are incredible. It felt as if I had taken the mosaic image off an ancient church wall! The rest of the Dolce & Gabbana collection is just as unique and really mind- blowing. When I went to the showroom to see the whole collection and the accessories, I just could not stop shaking my head and saying “I expected them to outdo themselves this season but I didn’t expect THIS!” To say the collection was impressive in person is a gross understatement. I would looove to own this Miss Sicily bag. I think this has to be their most detailed Miss Sicily design to date!
