A Quick Bling Report

I am a few days late with this piece of information but I just can’t not share it. I love jewels and I love royalty *royal wave to you all hehehe*. So when a royal jewel goes on the auction block, my eyes twinkle 🙂 The closest thing to my seeing a royal tiara (that goes on “sale”) would be the Poltimore Tiara which once belonged to Princess Margaret– I went to Hong Kong that time to see it while it was “touring” around the world to garner interest for its upcoming auction. It was a magnificent piece.
I may never, ever afford anything from royalty even if I live 3 lifetimes, but I can still own a piece of it this way– by posting a photo taken by a lucky photographer who got a chance to see the real thing with is own eyes 🙂
Oh I would’ve loved to see this emerald tiara below more than the Poltimore (the Poltimore tiara had a most important provenance so it’s just as good, but if you consider the gems themselves, then this emerald tiara is the undisputed winner).

Do feast your eyes on this:

Ahhh the Sunday lust for bling continues… 🙂
