Last October 24, Hermes was informed that LVMH (Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy) had acquired a 17% stake in the company. I am personally very pleased to hear about the LVMH acquisition, as I believe that both companies stand to benefit from this partnership. I honestly doubt there will be changes in the company, but hey, wouldn’t a limited edition bag be nice to commemorate this monumental development? 🙂
