Let me say this: these two women (whom I am also proud to call “my friends” *hehe brag*) are extremely popular (household names) and have followings of gargantuan proportions! *wolfwhistle* I am actually more than proud to post about their nominations here on my blog. It’s already an honor just knowing them in the flesh :).
Now, get ready for this– the third blogger that was nominated, is ME! *Thud… falls off the chair*. I know. This is why I am embarrassed to blog about it. Believe me, I was in shock when I got that call from Preview Magazine. I initially thought it was a prank that some friend of mine decided to play on me (since it was nearing April Fool’s that time hahaha). When I confirmed that it was really “official”, I was very flattered, but still could not take the shock off my system. Why? Because I can honestly say this without blinking an eye or thinking twice– I don’t belong to Daphne’s and Chuvaness’ league: I’m light years away– behind! Being on that list makes me feel like a winner of the grand prize *I know, I’m getting all sappy here, but I do feel like a winner to be sandwiched between two very famous people! I mean, geez I just operate a “fruitfly- sized” blog!*
To Preview Magazine (I am one of your most loyal readers– of the magazine and of StyleBible.ph) and Samsung, thank you so much for having considered me. It truly is an honor to be considered in Cecile’s and Daphne’s league, and it’s all the more flattering to be nominated as a Samsung Ultra Style Icon (even if I myself know I’m not deserving of this!).
I sincerely hope that Daphne and Cecile both win the “Samsung Ultra Style Icon” award. They are both extremely deserving of this since they each have their own unique style and they don’t conform to fashion standards set by others. They set these standards themselves. They are really on a league that’s “Up there”. 🙂

I don’t have my own scanner. *Ugh* I’m actually annoyed because I normally have to take photos of photos in magazines to be able to post their images here. I need a scanner! *scream* If you know me, you’d know how much it PAINS me to shell out cash for some tech gadget. I better go check on my credit card rewards points, maybe it can already get me a scanner for free… hehe cheapskate*.
