Vegas Travelog Day 1 (part 2): Le Reve at the Wynn Hotel

Ok, before anything else, don’t pelt me with rotten tomatoes when I post photos of Le Reve here. You may or may not have seen it yet– if you haven’t, sorrryyyy for posting the photos 🙂 You can just not look *hehehe right*

I won’t do any review for this show. All I can say is, the show was really worth watching– all 90 minutes of it, and you might wanna sit farther up from the stage because you could get wet 😀 Our seats were US$88 each and we sat at Row M. It offered a great view of the whole “stadium”. Plus, we didn’t get wet! 😉

Without further ado, here are the photo highlights (in sequence) of Le Reve 🙂 Enjoy!!The stage was round, with water surrounding the whole stadium (well, almost the whole stadium)
A big ball with a projection video of a baby speaking, informing audience that there can’t be any flash photography, cellular phones… And then, Le Reve began to unravel…

There were lots of aerial acrobatics that left my stomach in knots!!
Strongman act! Check out that guy balancing his mate!!
A “patio” dangling in the air… The whole show was really like a dream…
More acrobatics…

And the grand finale…

Simply AMAZING!
Two thumbs up for this show. The photos don’t do enough justice to the show, but I do hope you hags enjoyed them 🙂 We also had wanted to watch Celine Dion in concert, but she was not singing on Tuesday 🙁 But we were indeed extremely happy to have watched Le Reve. It was really a spectacular night despite our fatigue 🙂

And of course, I can’t end this blog entry without photos of the Strip at night 🙂

The waterfalls at the
Wynn

Fashion Show Mall and the rest of The Strip
Venetian Hotel (with Piazza San Marco)
Mirage Hotel (with the fire spewing from their “volcanoes”)
Flamingo Hotel Yup, Toni Braxton is singing there. We didn’t watch her though.

And a bit of the view from our hotel exterior lobby, Caesar’s Palace (the chariots are Caesar’s :D). The Eiffel Tower of Paris Hotel is partly shown, and also Ballys.
Hope you hags enjoyed this post! Nighty night and love to all 🙂 More tomorrow– Thebaghag and DM hit Bellagio, Fashion Show Mall, and Wynn shops! 🙂

  1. I didnt know you could take photos inside those shows… anyway, thanks for posting it. It definitely looks better than “ka” , we almost fell asleep watching it,it wasn’t that bad, though.

  2. jsg: im not sure if taking photos is actually allowed haha. I sorta took photos under the radar 😀 I almost fell asleep with KA too!

charisse: Le Reve is not a cirque du soleil installation (it doesn’t say it is). it is comparable to CDS though, but I think this show was spectacular. The CDS show that we watched “KA” is nothing compared to this one.

    *wave* to Biggie 🙂
