Work wrap-up + Chanel Eye Candy :)

Finally finally! The peeps from Woestijnvis TV have wrapped up shooting all the necessary material to make a documentary of Mrs.M. I had such an amazing time with this team. They are all so friendly and professional at the same time (some press peeps can be rather unforgiving, but the Belgian team are all nice).

Here’s another shot of them, taken at the old house of Mrs.Marcos. (Jef, Geert, Annick, Annemie) We all went back there this morning for them to shoot some additional B roll. I’m going to miss these peeps. All I did while I was with them and Mrs.M was to eat, eat, and eat! From Serendra’s Duo, to the Manila Peninsula’s beef burger from the lobby lounge (Manila Pen’s StephC, thanks sooo much for being so accommodating!), I just felt my waist expanding (now you all can’t say I look “thin”… it’s really all in the way I posed for photos *muwahaha feeling model*).

Tonight we had dinner again with Mrs.M, and she was wearing that long strand of fresh water pearls around her neck. So she gave each of the Belgian peeps Philippine pearl necklaces as souvenir of their stay in Manila, and well, she probably realized I didn’t get any “souvenir” (well I didn’t need any coz I’m from Manila :D), so she took off the pearl necklace that she was wearing (seen in the photo), and asked me to go to her side. And guess what, she put it on me! It was such an unexpected act and is really just so sweet of her. She always makes sure I never get left out. Honestly, I don’t deserve her kindness and thoughtfulness *coz I’m such a selfish person haha… guilty* I was so touched with her sensitivity towards me and towards those people around her. I feel so unworthy! (Honestly, I was really, really touched.) Baghags, thank you for allowing me to share that with you. (Again, I don’t want to forget this beautiful gesture, so I had to blog about it *my memory fails me a lot now so I need it “documented”* hehe)

You know, the one thing that I really missed while being with these peeps, was the company of DaphneP. 🙁 *my partner in PR hehe* DaphP has been sooo busy lately– yes, because is now the host of a new show for QTV 🙂 *She is bigtime showbiz now wooohooo! Congratulations!!*. I miss her already and I’m hoping that we’d be able to hang out again soon with the “girls”. Speaking of the “girls”, I was watching the telly yesterday and voila, out came Metro Mag’s editor- in- chief, MelCuevas 🙂 One of our “girls” is now a spokesperson/ ambassador for Ponds! Congratulations!!! I’m so proud two of my friends are now brand ambassadors for beauty products 🙂

Funny I mentioned Ponds, it turns out that the only product that Mrs.M uses for her face is Ponds!! To be exact, this particular kind (cold cream)! It is her beauty secret!!! *Woohoo and this baghag unveiled it haha… time to get me some Ponds tomorrow ;)*

Soooo, after my loong day, I was able to briefly pass by Tresorie and we were able to do a little bit of updating on our website (tresoriegirls.blogspot.com). Tinsley and D!Luxe have new stuff again. *Dang, I never knew that in retail, you need to have new stuff almost weekly! (DUH)* I will promise to update my Tresor site tomorrow. Please pardon me because I was real tied up the last few days 🙂 So anyway, while at Tresorie, one of the Chinese bag mafia *hehehe I love that term and wish I can be an honorary member but I just don’t have the “clout” to belong… boohoo* ladies passed by to say hello. And check out her bag!!!Baghag SalomeU has the newest Chanel rock and chain bag in bordeaux red!!! *Wolfwhistle big time*. I looove the new bag, it’s quite light and the signature intertwined leather/chain straps are in 3s too! It’s really such a beautiful bag and SalomeU has gotten herself a winner! Love it!!

Speaking again of Chanel, here’s my lust-for bag in white! *Gorgeousssss* A black one would be ideal since it’s just going to be less of a pain to maintain (hehe I rhymed again!). This bag is set to be sold out just like the rock and chain bag is. Boy, Chanel’s been churning out these fantastic bags… Chanel’s really on a bag roll lately eh? *Bawls* I wanna I wanna I wanna get me one of these!!! *Cough* hint hint hint if umm… you-know-who is reading 😀 Hehe wouldn’t this be the perfect birthday gift (if not a Goyard silver croisiere or a Chanel baby coco cabas *hehe materialistic baghag indeed!*)? After all, I gotta start living up to being Mrs. JackieT 🙂 *teehee loving my new name!!*

Anyyyway, it was really a long day. I think it’s time for me to get some rest. Tomorrow I will be back as shopgirl once more 😀
