Traveling with a Diaper Bag

Sorry I didn’t post anything over the weekend– I’ve been nursing a really nasty allergy and have been busy looking for my voice as I had lost it somehow LOL. On a serious note, I did lose my voice (can you imagine what a nightmare that is for someone as talkative as I am? LOL).

Anyway, I was looking through some photos from my recent trip this morning and decided that I should post this photo that my 2nd DB took when he handled my Nikon D40x while we were in Kilmainham Gaol back in Ireland.  Remember how he had been pretty handy with the camera on our last family vacation in Capri same time last year? Well, he took some good shots of me again! *He’ll be so happy to see his “work” here :D*

I’ll just identify what I wore– even if you can barely see 😀
Dolce & Gabbana sunnies, Chanel coat, COS jeans, Stuart Weitzman boots, Tod’s denim pashmy, Louis Vuitton scarf,
I have to mention that I don’t really plan my vacation outfits *even if I want to, but because I am a poor time manager don’t have the time to plan them, I don’t*, so this was one of the more decent ones I have (which is the reason why you see it on this blog!). Honestly, the only rule I prescribe religiously to when I pack for a vacation is this: “Make sure there’s enough underwear for the days I’m out”. LOL.  So please allow me this post 🙂
The bag above that I was schlepping is a Tod’s denim pashmy diaper bag. I know, a diaper bag and no baby. (Ok the baby is ME lol)

The Tod’s denim pashmy diaper bag. I removed the golden rattle attached to the bag– it lightened the bag a lot!

I don’t mind traveling with a diaper bag, especially if it’s a pretty good one like the Tod’s Pashmy. Those elasticized front pockets you see? They really come in handy for my water bottle, sunnies, scarf, and even eye shades. The bag has worked out so perfectly for me during this vacation. It would undoubtedly be a great bag for travel and an excellent one for when you travel with a child or two! Two thumbs up!
