Hi Mrs. T, Bloomingdale’s is now in Dubai at Dubai Mall. They have an Amber card just like Rustan’s FSP. The card can also be used at Harvey Nichol’s since both of them are under the same company.They have the magnolia bakery cupcakes too…made famous by Sex & the City series.yummy but oh sooo sweet icing.
