The last few days have been terrible on all of us, so I felt that it was time we put some color into our lives just to brighten things up a bit. It all starts here.
A nice colorful enamel bangle! I know, it’s not a bag, but it’s a great picker- upper!
This piece by Isaac Manevitz for Ben- Amun hits the spot. It’s bright and colorful, perfect for a dark colored outfit. Priced at US$370. (Honestly I wouldn’t pay this price for an enamel bangle, I’d rather spend it on an enamel bangle with stones :D)
Now this bag is so 60s isn’t it? Fendi’s boston shearling bag.
I love the bag although I know I won’t buy it. It’s the kind of bag that I am hoping to find in my DM’s closet… Hmmm I should go raid her bag closet hehe. I probably won’t be surprised to see a bag like this 🙂 It would save me a good US$2,300!
Pucci patchwork bag.

WooHoo now we’re talking. It may not be technicolor, but it’s still color!! Lanvin’s purple suede evening bag. 
I am still bummed out from not having purchased the Lanvin bag that I wanted at Barneys. Well it was over 3Gs, and I have no idea where to get the funds for a bag with that price, so I had to let it go with much hesitation. But this bag certainly made me happy 😀 I looove the color. Priced at £755 at Browns.
On a separate note, I also found a pretty interesting bag from Brown’s. It may not be jewel- toned or brightly colored, the bag strikes a note in my book. Botkier’s “Cairo” satchel in taupe leather. (oh dear I’m back to taupe again)
I really like the edges on the pockets of the bag as well as on the enclosure. Priced at £560— cheaper than the Lanvin evening bag 🙂 Very reasonably priced for a nice big bag!
