The Bag Hag’s Own BIRTHDAY GIFT to YOU READERS!

I know, this is sooooo shallow and soooo silly of me to greet myself a Happy Birthday… So I will postpone that shameless self-greeting to later… *wink* Anyway, for my birthday, I have decided on two things:

*Hahaha* Sorry I can’t show you what I look like– I honestly don’t wanna hafta be pelted with rotten eggs or tomatoes, or heck, rocks! Hmm… now, maybe if they were diamonds… *Hehe materialistic hag alert!*. So now you all know I look like a total “matronista” and a social climbing hag (tsk it’s TOO obvious!!) 😀 The secret is finally out. 😀 *guffaw*

By the way, that LV charms pochette in fuchsia which I used to cover my moon-surfaced face, is for sale 😀 *ok, GUILTY of SHAMELESS plugging* Hey, cut me some slack. It’s my birthday (aka I grew OLDER in one day) and I AM entitled to some shameless plugging!! *Snicker*. Anyway, that was just the 2nd time I used the bag. It’s honestly too small for me, plus I need moolah *sigh preparing for the next baglust attack!!* 😀 So I am selling this one now.

Second! On my birthday, I have decided to show my token of appreciation to fellow baghags and TRESORMAKATI friends with by throwing a “BRAG-YOUR-BAG COLLECTION” Contest 🙂 All hags welcome– you don’t need to have gazillion bags to enter this contest!! This is not a “who has the most bags” contest, but who is most original in styling as well 🙂 Don’t stop from applying if you have just one designer bag, Send the entry in!!!!

Hehe, as for the prize, no, sorry I am not giving away my LV pochette *hehe* Unfortunately haha, hags, I need the money, come on! Instead however, I will be giving away this Brand New ANYA HINDMARCH patent pochette with the perforated Ribbon logo design.(This pochette which measures 7.5″L x 5″H was a gift from a magazine :D)

Here are the conditions:

• You are to submit via email (tresormakati@yahoo.com) a photo (no more than 150kb in size please or your entry won’t be accepted) of ALL YOUR DESIGNER BAG/ BAGS. The photo MUST BE ORIGINAL . (If you have one designer bag, send it anyway! Just style it!! :D) If you have more than one photos, send away!
• Bags must ALL belong to YOU, the sender. No bags from different people on one photo. They have to be yours and yours alone. No FAKE designer bags please!! (That would be an extreme insult to our fellow bag hags *harumph*)
• Please watermark the photo with your initials (if you can), but you must also send at least your initials or nickname on the same email (Don’t worry, your info will not be posted on the site.) Should you win, you will be notified via email, and you will need to disclose a shipping address with your name. Again, info that I receive will remain private.
• I will let this contest run from June 17, 2006 til June 30, 2006 at 12:00 midnight HK/Philippine time. Entries received after that will no longer be valid.
• The FINAL criteria for the BRAG-YOUR-BAG-COLLECTION is not just based solely on the amount of bags you have (although hey, that helps too). It is also based on the diversity of bags that you have, and the ability to “style” the bags creatively (instead of just lumping them all together). STYLE the photo, hags! Everyone gets a chance 🙂
• I will be posting photos that I receive for the Brag-your-bag-collection . YOU READERS will vote for who has the most visually exciting (drool and ogleworthy *wink*) collection. The winners of those posts (there will be SEVEN subwinners) will then be posted on July 1 or 2 for “final judgement” by our perennial baghag Bryanboy and yours truly (that made it sound like doomsday hahaha) 😀 That winner, will then be the proud owner of the ANYA HINDMARCH patent pochette !

This is just a small token of my appreciation for the bag hags who read this blog religiously. I really appreciate the support I’ve been given, and I want to give something back for my birthday. I know the Anya Hindmarch pouch is not much (and people really wish it were bigger, like an LV bag or something haha or heaven permit, An Hermes bag!! hahaha), especially for the REAL bag hags out there :), but I am first to admit that I would love whatever gets given to me as long as it’s for free 😀 *You know I’m the queen of freeloading hehehe*

Sooo hags, work on those photos! And please do inform our other baghags about my *new* blog address! It’s not much of me to give, but I am giving it– ain’t that a nice birthday pressie for myself? 😀 (more eye candy for me!). Entries from all over are accepted!
