Sophisticated, Modern Elegance at Anteprima FW 2013

Anteprima has always been consistent with their collections each season which is the reason why the brand remains very strong in Asia (Japan and Hong Kong in particular). Apart from the signature wire bags (Hello Kitty, My Melody shapes and different sized clutches and totes), creative director Izumi Ogino likes to keep classic lines and silhouettes clean while adhering to the modern woman’s needs. This season, she worked with “contrasts”– short sleeves paired with long gloves or long skirts, and the idea of the modern woman who can switch from “taking the subway one day, and riding a Rolls Royce the next”.

I LOVE the shoes. Serious LOVE. It’s such a beautiful take on the brogue with the fringe.

I love how this coat perfectly complemented the inner dress. Both pieces belong to each other.  Xiao Wen Ju

It was such a well- interpreted and executed collection for Anteprima FW 2013. The shoes, the bags, the coats, and the dresses were all so beautiful! Congratulations, Izumi San!
