Socialclimbing BagHag at the Janina Launch

I’m taking a quick break from the HK retreat report for this post. (Hehe sorry I decided not to blog over the weekend) Social events last week got me all tired, and now those events prompted me to blog about whom I saw and what I saw 😀 *Excuzi, excuzi, Socialclimbing baghag at work hehe*

Last Thursday was the launch of Janina, for Jul Dizon. Janina Dizon- Hoschka now has her own jewellery line which featured fantastic pieces like the horn bangles, the exquisite studded “chain” bracelet which works as a necklace too (and that fantastic ring which had lots of rose cut diamonds), brightly colored shagreen cuffs with precious and semi precious stones…
All of the pieces were gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous. Made me wish I had a bottomless money pit so I could buy everything I liked. *Helllooooooo reality check!! Money in the wallet as of that day: Php 270 :(*

There were SOOOO MANY people!!!

Accessories/ Jewelry designer GemmaS was there to attend the event (with her new ‘do)

Preview’s Editor-in-Chief PaulineSJ, and LeahP were early enough to see the fashion show of Rajo Laurel and Puey Quinones (whom I finally met 😀 *I said hello to the wrong person before haha tsk tsk shame on me*)

And DoyeeT who carries the jewels beautifully *drool*I had to run back to the shop after the Janina event since we had to head out to New Manila for the event of Abundance *which I’ll blog about in a bit hehe*.

Let me get offline for now since I need to run my errands now (about time!!!!).

Oh before I say bye for now, baghag MS emailed me a photo of her friend’s Pan Am bag by Marc Jacobs (next to a Goyard :D). I am liking it– it’s kitschy! 🙂 I should try to find my mom’s old Pan Am bag 😀 I remember she had one of those 🙂 *hehehe who knew I’d want that now :D* Sooo, hags if your folks used to travel Pan Am, then they’d have the Pan Am bag. It may not be as hot as the Anya bag, but hey, it’s not a bad bag to own lately 🙂

You can knot the bag strap to make it look like a Chanel Camelia 😀 *get creative!!* And you can always make the strap longer by unknotting it and making it into a cross body bag 🙂 Ain’t that cool?
