. Once I surf-shop at this site, there’s no telling where it “ends”– one thing’s for sure, there is always something I end up liking! So without further ado, here are my bag picks of the day 🙂
Roberta Di Camerino- Shopping bag Di Canvas
This brand has been around for decades!! I have a few Roberta di Camerino bags which I “inherited” from my mom (she is a huge fan of the brand), and this tote is a nice update from the classic velvet Di Camerino bags. The tote reminds me of the Ceci Un It Bag of Longchamp, but no matter. Totes like this one are still more “economical” than say, a Hermes bag *snicker*. Plus, this is a brand that really needs to be “out there” again. So this is my top summer pick for this week 🙂

Borbonese- Two Apples Lichtenstein Shopping Bag. This bag is sooooo cute! I reallly, reallly, reallly want this bag!!!!
With all the “generic” designer bags out there, it’s quite nice to veer away from what’s “popular” and more towards what’s “unique.” And most certainly, this bag is “unique” if you compare it to the other bags swimming in monograms 🙂 I really love this!! I hope DH gets me this one for my birthday. I would be soooo happy 🙂 🙂 🙂 Priced at €500 *not cheap, but to the baghags in the Philippines, take advantage of our strong currency :D*

I saw the “Kapuso mo, Jessica Soho” (it’s not the “Jessica Soho Reports, BTW:)) feature on Hermes and your interview, today. My eyes popped out when I saw Sherilyn Reyes’ bags. (Huwaw!) Was that shot in your boutique in Makati? Lotsa arm candy there! 😀
@Liz: It depends– there have been times when the package never even got opened or taxed 🙂 so it’s a luck of the draw kinda thing, but usually it’s about 30% upward. Funny thing is, I heard from my friend that she was able to “haggle” the tax fee down 🙂
