New Year’s Resolutions- 2009


1. Cut down on impulsive spending. Ok, so 2008 was not exactly a year devoid of Mrs.T’s impulsive card swipes. (So I didn’t fulfill my 2008 resolution). It was not as bad as I thought though, but still bad nevertheless. This year, since I’ve already spent ALL my money into AccessoryLab, I will just sit on the sidelines and watch friends do their bit of impulsive spending. Nothing like enabling friends hahaha. Unless some kind sponsor decides to gift me with all the things I want, I’m gonna have to seriously curb my spending. But I have to make an exception on food. Food is never considered an impulsive expense 😀

2. I have STOPPED buying t-shirts 🙂 *WOOHOO!!!!*

3. Stop having Lazy Days. Oh crap. I still have lazy days. I still hate “Dressing up” 🙁 Maybe 2009’s the year I change all that 😀

4. Eat healthy…. Hmmm… Same resolution as 2008… NEXT please! 😀

5. Exercise… Oye, in fairness, I DID do yoga for a WHOLE month last year ! Ok I promise to go back to yoga this year. Besides, I have to use the new yoga mat (my bday gift last year) that my friend DinaV bought me 😀 And there’s also that new store called Certified Calm (in Edsa Shangrila Mall) that sells uber cool yoga merchandise… tsk… can’t miss that!!

6. Sleep earlier. My, maybe I really need to wear my Lapis Lazuli bangle at all times to calm me down and kill my insomnia. I’m becoming a “beads” person already! But know what, those things work. It “healed” my digestive system problems!

7. Spend less on myself and give more to others. I hope to continue this “resolution” this year. There are so many who need our help still. It’s amazing how one person can make a big difference in a family’s life.

8. Spend more time with the kids. They’re growing up so fast *sob*.
