My 2008 Revelation. THE bag!!

The question has been asked ad nauseam, to the point that even my friends were just so tired of waiting for me to answer it (according to one, I’m “hopeless” hahahaha that was pathetic). Which is why this revelation is about to take place. Right here.

I had reservations about posting this “revelation” because 1. I still feel remorseful about having spent $ on a bag (when a few years ago I heard myself say that the ultimate bag to own is a Hermes birkin in a regular leather, and that’s it); 2. I was actually at one point contemplating on selling her since it’s not the size I want, although it’s most certainly the color I was nearly dying to have; 3. I was just lamenting to Inquirer editor ApplesS before my trip that I had wanted this bag, when she asked me what was on my Christmas “fashion” list– never thought that I’d actually own this bag!! (Scarrryy!!)

*Sigh*. Ok this post is not about feeling guilty about the purchase. It’s about a celebration (or is it?? hahaha) of the end of my financial freedom. Today onward, it’s a lifetime of financial incarceration. *BAWL!!!*

And now the revelation. Right here. Right Now. My Tokyo loot came straight from the tiny Hermes boutique at Shinjuku…
Don’t go pelting me with rocks now. And don’t ask me how much I paid for it. All I can tell you is this– I need to reassess everything in my closet because some bags need to go to take care of Grapes (hehe so I’ve named the bag Grapes 😀 )

Grapes came with this little Hermes tag that I’ve actually never seen before. Very interesting because I’d never see this tag on the bags bought in the U.S. It says “Sac a Main Kelly 2 32 retourne autruche doublure chevre picm violine”.

Seriously, don’t ask me how much she is, because I refuse to divulge the details of how this baghag went from financially sound to financially incapacitated. That’s that. *Muwahahahahaha oh Sh*t* Ohh Ohh!! My bag has a twin too by the way, my Texan hot mama friend PT also got hers as a birthday pressie just recently 🙂 WooHoo!! *The difference between PT and I though… hers was sponsored! hahaha… SOB mine wasn’t… time to collect hahahaha (from who though?!)*

Ok enough spotlight on the very reason for my financial death *mourning sob sob*. Here’s a picker upper on my end. Our store, Tresorie, finally has its own “spot” on the Doña Consolacion Building’s ad tower 😀 (Yeah, like after 7 months of being open haha) Sooo peeps who want to visit the store will no longer get lost. *woohoo!*

And lastly, today I decided to dress a bit more girly (ahem polished look… *faker!!*), different from the usual shorts and shirt ensemble that you’re probably all used to seeing 😉 *Gawd I hope I don’t look very “school principal” anymore hahahaha

Top: Religioso (they’ve opened in Greenbelt 5 already by the way!!); Black skirt: Tyler (this skirt is 3 years old!!), Sash: Tinsley; Bangle: JaninaDHoschka, Earrings: D!Luxe 16mm 925 silver ball studs!

I’m a happy camper, it’s a Friday and it’s time to have that dinner date with DH once again 😉
Happy weekend peeps!

x
