Kim and Saigon (not Miss Saigon the musical)

I’ve been watching Keeping with the Kardashians for quite some time now (yes, guilty pleasure). The 2 personalities I love best in the show have to be Khloe and Kardashian momager Kris. Why? Because they are ridiculously FUNNY. Ok I’m a huge Mason fan too and love Kendall just because she is in my opinion, the most beautiful of all sisters (even if she’s not a Kardashian). Scott Dissick can be such a meanie, but I think he is the best dressed of all– I have to hand it to the man for knowing how to dress, so I do like seeing his little swagger here and there. Not too much though, I get Scott overload easily haha.

Now, Kim Kardashian married Kris Humphries over the weekend and while we are all left without much to watch until the wedding special comes on (Kris, I have to say, is an excellent momager, she knows how to make the big bucks for the family, really), there are snippets and photos of the wedding. I have to say style-wise, it was nothing to write home about. So I’ll skip the commentary on who wore what and what I liked/ disliked.
Kim is off to a quick honeymoon with her husband, and that’s why I’m writing about her now 🙂

And for her honeymoon trip, she brought along her Goyard Saigon!

Earlier on (I remember writing about this bag), I was not really that big a fan of the bag because it was heavy (more than anything else). I did however, appreciate the fact that real wood was incorporated into the bag. The wooden handle can be a bit of a pain to carry after awhile (especially if you packed your house into that bag), but if the bag were set down on a table to be appreciated, I think you will find that the bag is structurally very well made. It makes me think that an engineer actually designed this bag 🙂
The Goyard Saigon
I think it would make a nice alternative to a Hermes Kelly, although don’t expect this bag to be as soft or even “foldable” 🙂 This girl’s pretty bulky to pack!
