Food Blog: Singapore Din Tai Fung


I finally got some good rest last night, at least 7 hours of sleep compared to 6 hours of sleep over a 2 day period!
This morning the family and I managed to have brunch at Din Tai Fung in Paragon Plaza. Watched these guys work their skills on making those perfect dumplings!

The dough: perfect sized little ‘uns.

And then these little ones get pinched and voila,

They’re so perfect 🙂

 
Then they get steamed, then served hot to your table! And they should be eaten while hot too 🙂

While you wait for the dumplings though, you can order one of these pickled vegetables.

And aprés feasting on those xiao long bao dumplings,  order some taro buns. They’re sooooo goood!!

There is a reason Din Tai Fung has gotten so much press. Everything is excellent!!
