It’s time for a face- off! I haven’t done this in awhile and I miss it! Today’s face- off features Victoria Beckham’s Victoria leather tote and Anya Hindmarch’s Bruton Bag. Both have similar structure (they’re not the same at all, yes, but I want to pit them against each other because of the similarity in structure). Woohoo, it’s the battle of the Brits!! 😀
Let’s begin with Victoria Beckham’s Victoria Leather Bag
Victoria really hit the right notes with this bag. I secretly lusted for this bag when it first came out but I was hesitant to drop my dough for this because it is pricey and I have a bag that is fairly similar to this style. But wow the rich color and the clean lines of this bag keep making me rethink it. But still it’s a bit of money for this, so I will hold off breaking my piggy bank for it– unless I strike it rich by winning the lottery (hah, I have yet to buy a lottery ticket too LOL). But really, the bag is a beauty!
The handles on this bag seem more unique than the Victoria, and I also like that there is that contrast leather piping on the black body of the bag. I’m quite sure this bag packs plenty too, and it seems easier to open that the Victoria. Love the neutral color combination too.
Wow, can’t decide which one I really like better! Anyway, both gorgeous bags are available at Net-a-Porter.
I’m off to my meeting in a few minutes and it looks like I will have to brave the cold– we’re talking -7 degC today in Paris! Will be taking photos of the city this afternoon after I’m done! 🙂
