It’s time for another bag review, peeps. It’s almost summer, and I think it’s time we go for more light- colored or lightweight bags to keep us cooler ;)

Michael Kors Lock Leather tote. I like the color of this tote. I think it’s perfect for summer. It’s neutral, but it’s not the usual classic summer color you’d see on a bag. It’s very feminine and yet it has a certain masculine “sturdy” quality to it.
Shoulder straps are mainstays in most bags these days, and it just makes perfect sense to have them. It allows for more versatile use of the bag– it’s no longer about style, it’s also about function! This bag’s available at Saksfifthavenue.com and I am assuming it will also be available at Michael Kors, Rockwell and Greenbelt 5 soon.

There’s a Roberta Di Camerino bag that caught my eye on LUISAVIAROMA.COM
ROBERTA DI CAMERINO - SHOPPING BAG DI CANVAS
The bag actually briefly reminded me of Longchamp’s Ceci Est Un It Bag.

Remember that? :) These printed bags are not overly expensive, but then again, how much would it really cost to produce that bag? *Boggles the mind how much profit these brands make from the sale of these bags, but then there are people (hehehe like me) who will buy this, so the brands know very well that they can command that kind of price for these bags*

Since we are talking about “prints”, I am really liking this Marc by Marc Jacobs Miss Marc Mabel tote.

Marc Jacobs really did the right thing by keeping the Miss Marc bag series. It’s really, really cute and works for all ages ;) Plus, it’s not too expensive as compared to other bags! Priced at US$228 at Saksfifthavenue.com, and will hopefully be available at Marc by Marc Jacobs boutique in Greenbelt 5.

Oh, you might have noticed that the bag ticker counter has been reset recently again– I totally forgot to adjust it before I left for Tokyo. The counter reset is for the Hermes Kelly Pochette I ordered! I will reveal soon :) Promise!! :)

And now,  for the Hello Kitty contest.

I am going to give away that Hello Kitty eyemask (made for Japan only) to the first person who correctly guesses what kind of Hello Kitty “toy” I got myself in Tokyo :) The hint? It’s inside that box where I placed the Hello Kitty eyemask. Be VERY specific. If no one gets the correct “specific” answer, I award the super cute eyemask to the one who correctly guesses the toy ;) Again, please email your answer to baghagdiaries@gmail.com. Please use subject: HELLO KITTY TOY, and write your answer on the message body of the email (so I will correctly categorize your email) :) This teeny tiny contest is open to everyone *except my friends who already know the answer, and are therefore automatically disqualified hahahaha*, but only ONE answer per person, please :)

Contest will run throughout Friday, Feb 26 (Philippine time) only :) I will close the contest on Saturday, February 27 at 12:00AM  :)

Good luck, peeps!!! :)
