A Bag for the Potty- Mouthed Baghag

I confess. I get potty- mouthed sometimes *hehehe*. Quite frankly, I’m no good example when it comes to controlling anger. I just have to let it out. But of course being a parent has mellowed me down greatly. Just imagine how potty- mouthed I was before I became a mom (you’d think I wasn’t a girl! hahahaha).

Anyway, it was only after I had finished my lunch and ice cream date with DaphneOP and our kiddies that I actually saw a sale sign at Anthem just as I walked past the store on the way to Accessory Lab. I must be blind, for I didn’t even see the huge “sale” sign which was apparently plastered across the shop window for a few days *or even weeks?* now! (Hehehe we’re keeping that shopaholism under control now, aren’t we? *Beams*).

I decided to take a few steps back to enter Anthem. I zeroed in on a bag. I know, I know. I promised no bags until maybe the latter part of the year. After all, I have already fulfilled that purchase quota in less than 3 months. And that’s really a bad thing, because those bags I purchased have left me in a serious financial drought (we’re talking Sahara Desert proportions here). Definitely not a good thing since I have begun digging into my savings (or whatever’s left of it) just to pay for my bills.

So I needed reinforcement to buy that bag. I called DH. Asked him (verrry nicely) if he would be willing to spare Php 2,000 for a bag for me *giggles*. Of course, DH being my DH, confirmed if I was asking for Php 2,000 or Php 20,000. I reiterated that the bag was Php 2,000 (Two thousand pesos). I had to stifle a laugh when he said yes almost immediately because 1. This bag I want is actually within his budget, 2. He knows I will stop pestering him to buy me the bag I want and not the bag he “thinks” I would like *these are two different things, honey hehe*. Believe me, peeps. DH is HAPPY to be buying me this bag 🙂 This is his FIRST 2009 bag purchase for me *it could be my birthday gift, I really don’t mind :D*. I pray though, that this isn’t his last purchase for 2009 for me hahaha… *Tsk*…. ok, ok, ok, I’ll stop being an ingrate already and just be thankful! *thwaps myself*

THANK YOU for my new bag, DH!! You are too kind!! 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 *beams*

This bag is perfect for me. It’s the Angry Little Girls (by Lela Lee) canvas multi-pocket satchel. It actually looks like a diaper bag. My friends actually thought it was!

I don’t mind using this as a diaper bag if I had a baby 😀 It’ll be hilarious!! I adore the bag. I love the style, and I love the print!!!*Sorry peeps, foul language (bleep bleep) involved. Minors, cover your eyes or your mama won’t let you read my blog anymore hehehe :D*

It’s SOOOO ME!!! I should carry this bag when I am PMS’ing 😀 Too bad, “Aunt Flo’s” arrived and I am already surfing the crimson wave *hehehe ewww info overshare!!*. Perhaps next month you’ll see this bag on me and you’ll know to steer clear of the PMS-y biatch on the loose 🙂

More Angry Little Girls Bags are available at Anthem. Those bags are all being sold at 10% off original price. Worth checking out if you like these kinds of bags 🙂 They’re really just toooo cute!!

Quick Plug! Updated the ACCESSORY LAB blog (http://accessorylab.blogspot.com). Accessory Lab is also proud to announce that we’re carrying the collection of jewelry designer, KRISTINE DEE, who works with 14k gold, pearls, and diamonds. Her pieces are beautiful, very feminine, and very unique (each piece is actually hand-made by the designer/ artist herself!). Do pass by Accessory Lab at 2/F Rockwell Power Plant Mall to check out Kristine Dee’s precious wearable works of art!

P.S. TinaD: You’re welcome! I wouldn’t have discussed it and promoted if it didn’t work for me. It was great to meet you too, by the way 🙂

MamaS: Thank you for your concern! I’m totally fine 🙂 Don’t worry, it didn’t get to me 🙂 That’s the advantage of being a shallow and chipper person all the time haha
